At Decorium Wedding and Event Supplies, we understand that ordering your supplies online can be a stressful time. If you are unsatisfied with the product that has arrived, we offer a 7-day peace of mind returns period for most products. 

To lodge a request for a return, simply follow these steps. 

1. Send us an email to sales@decoriumevents.com.au with your order number, the products that you would like to return and a reason for the return
2. We will send you a return for that you will need to fill out and place inside of your return parcel
3. Post your parcel as soon as possible from your local post office

NOTE: Any product that is returned due to change of mind must still be in its original packaging, otherwise the refund will be void and the items will be sent back to you. 

You MUST contact us within 24 hours if your product has arrived damaged or missing from your order and supply photography of this to qualify for a refund. 

All refunds will be processed within 2-7 days after they arrive back at our facility. 

We cannot accept returns on the following products: 

• Clearance items or any items that were purchased at a discounted rate
• Fragile items such as glassware and vases 
• Damaged goods if the goods were damaged on your behalf 
• Opened goods that have been removed from their original packaging
