We expect that our customers respect our website and all those who work in our team. Any forms of abuse or unsatisfactory behaviour will not be tolerated. Any orders placed by a customer who exudes abusive behaviour will be cancelled and refunded. 

Our Website Services 

1. Our services are provided to adults over the age of eighteen (18). You acknowledge that you are over 18 by proceeding through our website. 
2. All of our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. We ensure that our price list is current and accessible from our homepage. We have the right to amend our prices at any time. 

Product Descriptions 

1. We strive to ensure that the descriptions of our products are as accurate a possible, however, we do not warrant that they are all completely accurate. If we become aware of any misdescription, we reserve the right to correct any errors. 
2. Images have been provided for visual purposes only. For this, we cannot guarantee that the colour of the products will directly match the image. 

Website Ordering 

1. We endeavour to ensure that all of our product listings are up to date. Though, we cannot always certify that the product availability of products advertised is always up to date. 
2. All of our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. We ensure that our price list is current and accessible from our homepage. We have the right to amend our prices at any time. 

Various Notes 

1. Once an order has been placed, we work hard to ship it as soon as possible. For this reason, we cannot refund, cancel or change any orders once they are received in our system 
2. Package and postage will incur an additional charge and is subject to the weight of the product and packaging, and your location. 
3. Restocking and administration fees apply for returns. This covers any fees and charges from payment suppliers and administrative costs. 
4. Warehousing processing times apply and typically take 24 hours. This is inclusive of express posts. At various times of the year, we may experience delays, however, we will make note of this on our site. 
5. When you order from us, we require your name, address, email, phone number and credit card/payment details to ensure that your order is fulfilled correctly. We take careful care and attention to certify that this data is protected, however, you accept that we are not liable for any misuse due to an error in transmission, a virus or malware. 
6. Delivery of your products is set out on our website. Once we have received your payment, the title of the goods is transferred to you. Our payment terms are set out on our order page. We may charge a redelivery fee if you are not home to receive your product and it needs to be resent. 

Order Cancellation Due To Error

1. If a product’s description or price has been incorrectly listed due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction. We will immediately refund this amount to the payment method that was selected. We are not liable for any forms of compensation and do not offer substitutes. 

Product Returns 

1. We accept returns on all products, including change of mind, except for the products listed below. Fees apply for all returns, including instances of non-delivery. 

We do not accept returns on the following. 

• Clearance items or any items that were purchased at a discounted rate
• Fragile items such as glassware and vases 
• Damaged goods if the goods were damaged on your behalf 
• Opened goods that have been removed from their original packaging

1. We endeavour to reimburse you for any product that arrives faulty or damaged. You must send us an email and imagery of this product within 24 hours of receiving it to qualify for your refund. 
2. We do not process exchanges for any goods, including damaged goods. Please refer to our refund policy for more information. 
3. Please note that all products returned for change of mind must still be in their original packaging, otherwise, the refund will be void.

1. When you visit our website, you are permitted to download copies of the information that we have available for personal use only so long as you do not change any of the copyright information, symbols, trademark or information. Using our content in any way infringes our intellectual property rights.

1. If a force majeure delay continues for longer than 7 days, we may terminate this agreement. 

 Jurisdiction

1. These terms and conditions are constructed as per the laws of Victoria. Any claim made by either party will be made in Victoria and you will submit to the jurisdiction of the court. 
2. If any provision in these terms and conditions is invalid under any law the provision will be limited, narrowed, construed or altered as necessary to render it valid but only to the extent necessary to achieve such validity. If necessary the invalid provision will be deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

 Privacy 

1. We ensure to take care with all information that you provide us when accessing our website. Though, we cannot ensure the security of any information that you provide us. Any information transmitted to us is done at your own risk, though we take reasonable steps to protect this as best as possible. 
2. Our privacy legislation is fully detailed in our privacy policy which you can access from our homepage. 

 Paypal Disputes

1. If you choose to complete your transaction with Paypal, we require you to use your own dispute service as this can ensure that disputes are resolved quicker (typically within 24 hours).

 Charge Backs 

1. No matter your payment method, any chargeback related fees and cost of goods outstanding and not returned will be forwarded to our debt collection department, then to the small claims tribunal. 

 Advertised Specials 

1. We may occasionally advertise specials on our online store. These promotions will only be available during the promotional period and cannot be applied to any orders after the finalisation date.
